Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ChemE, ME, EE, Pkg Eng or other technical field required.
• 1-5 years industry experience helpful; recent graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of rotogravure printing, extrusion and adhesive laminating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new business development trials and scale-up of new packaging structures.
• Develop processes and document specifications for new items.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, operations, optimization and efficiency.
• Train production operators and document processes and procedures.
