TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Franklin, OH is seeking a Maintenance Process Engineer to oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshoot process issues, and support capital project submissions. You will work with rotogravure printing, extrusion, and laminating processes, to improve productivity and reduce scrap, while supporting plant operations on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in ChemE, ME, EE, Pkg Eng or other technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Good communication and technical skills.
• Good business and technical skills.
• Helpful to have rotogravure printing and dry bond lamination experience.

• Train production operators and document processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and optimize performance.
• Define process parameters in Ei3 and monitor ranges.
