Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation in Columbia, SC is seeking a Packaging Operations Supervisor to oversee daily packaging output and ensure SOP and cGMP adherence on their shift. You will coordinate line setup, batch preparation, material handling, and post-batch cleanup while supporting continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 3+ years in operating manufacturing processes, preferably in high-speed packaging.
• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing management role is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year employment with TRC in the current position (internal candidates only).
• Excellent interaction skills with the ability to motivate and direct production staff.
• Strong oral and written communication and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an operational knowledge of all packaging equipment and support devices used in the process.
• Develop daily packaging priorities to meet daily goals and attend production meetings.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvements through analysis of daily operations.
• Assist with performance qualifications testing and SPC methods.
• Verify corrective actions from non-conformances and ensure line clearance and proper cleaning.
