Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an Assistant Manager, Quality Operations to lead secondary packaging, warehouse, and shipping quality activities in Columbia, SC. You will ensure cGMP compliance, maintain QA systems, review batch records, and drive continuous improvement across packaging and logistics.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical QA/Quality Operations, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coach teams. This on-site position offers growth and impact within our quality organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, pharmaceutical, engineering, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance/Quality Operations experience.
Secondary packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or finished goods experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years supervisory or lead experience in a GMP environment.
Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, audits, and GMP documentation.
2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
1–2 years of project management, coordination, or process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide QA oversight for secondary packaging, warehouse, finished goods, shipping, returns, and retain operations.
Review and approve GMP documentation and batch records for accuracy and compliance.
Lead deviations, NCRs, investigations, CAPAs, root cause analysis, audits, and other Quality System activities.
Identify recurring quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.
Train and retrain Quality Operations personnel and ensure required training remains current.
