Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation is seeking a Packaging Specialist to operate and maintain packaging equipment and to support the department’s daily performance goals. The role requires training completion, adherence to SOPs, and hands-on participation in batch packaging and ERP updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year technical degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet quality expectations with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate in a team-oriented working environment.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational knowledge of all packaging equipment and ancillary support equipment.
• Assist in process improvements and health, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
• Prepare and set up the packaging line for each batch run.
• Monitor the packaging line and support equipment during batch packaging.
• Update ERP system with raw materials usage for each production order.
• Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, and disposal of scrap materials.
