Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Mountain View, Arkansas, is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to operate bagging and baler machinery on a rotating schedule. This role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long shifts, and following safety and quality procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to read scales. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination required.
• Will require forklift training.
• Able to read and interpret scales; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and maintain shift records.
• Move and wrap completed products; stack bags on pallets.
• Assist other production areas and communicate issues to Shift Lead.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
