Job summary

Alcon seeks an Associate II in Chemical Production Operations at the Fort Worth, TX facility. You will apply technical knowledge to process ingredients or produce contact lenses, maintain equipment, and follow GMP/GxP standards.

The role emphasizes process improvement, accurate documentation, and adherence to SOPs while supporting production goals on the 3rd shift (Tue-Sat, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM CST).

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Experience applying GMP/GxP standards is a plus.
• Ability to read procedures and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support production goals by applying technical knowledge and following procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality per GMP/GxP standards.
• Document accurately and participate in process improvements.
• Work with saline solutions and compound ingredients for various products.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain rigorous records.
