Job summary

HP Hood is seeking an Operator I to safely and efficiently assist in packaging quality products. The role includes operating and cleaning filling and packaging equipment and ensuring compliance with GMP and SOP.

The candidate will be proficient or qualify as a Filler Operator and/or Line Leader. Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of high-speed machines, maintaining logs, and providing training support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mathematical ability and computer skills preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling and packaging equipment.
• Run high-speed filling machines, start up, shut down, and sanitation per SOP.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance and complete required paperwork.
• Record logs, produce accurate charts, and keep required government documents.
• Communicate with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Keep the plant clean and inspection-ready at all times.
