Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking an Operator III to safely and efficiently perform duties in Batching, Processing, Separating, and Receiving to support fillers in line with HP Hood LLC standards.

You will operate and clean in multiple processing areas, uphold sanitation and GMP standards, and maintain accurate production records. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and Processing Areas.
• Support the sanitation program and maintain hygiene standards.
• Organize daily processing schedule to ensure product availability and production flow.
• Verify powders and record weights, lot # and batch #; document accurately and timely.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and maintain SOP compliance.
• Operate multiple processors and equipment; ensure startup, operation, and shutdown procedures.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance; support QA and SQF standards.
• Complete government and HP Hood documentation as required.
• Maintain logs, paperwork and charts; submit work orders for maintenance.
• Maintain communication with team and cross-functional partners.
• Strive to meet production efficiencies and targets.
