Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a Production Operator to operate and clean high-speed filling machines and support line efficiency. You will follow established procedures, maintain quality, and prioritize safety to meet daily production goals.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team. Shift is 1:00PM - 9:30PM, with a factory environment and physical demands typical of manufacturing.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Basic Computer Skill preferred.
• Ability to work well with people.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling equipment and related machinery.
• Follow safety, quality and efficiency standards to meet production goals.
• Complete paperwork per HP Hood requirements and government regulations.
• Maintain weights, codes, packaging, temperatures and sanitation to ensure quality products.
• Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors and peers.
• Participate in cross-training to maximize departmental efficiency.
