Job summary

HP Hood is seeking an Operator III to safely and efficiently perform duties across batching, processing, separating, and receiving to support fillers and maintain production flow. You will manage equipment startup, operation, cleaning, and sanitation while adhering to GMP and plant policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math/computer skills, and experience with manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and Processing areas.
• Support sanitation programs and document control.
• Organize daily processing schedule to maintain production flow.
• Verify powders are selected and recorded (weight, lot, batch).
• Maintain logs, paperwork and charts; submit work orders as needed.
• Operate equipment and supervise startup/shutdown and sanitation per SOPs.
• Work safely following GMP, SOP and company policies.
• Support training for new operators as needed.
