Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a dedicated Operator III to safely and efficiently perform duties across batching, processing, separating, and receiving areas to support production targets.

You will monitor equipment, verify ingredients, maintain logs, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean in Batching, Separating, Receiving and Processing areas.
• Support sanitation programs and maintain a clean work environment.
• Organize daily processing schedule to ensure timely batched product availability.
• Verify powders for formulas and record weights, lot numbers, and batch numbers.
• Maintain logs and paperwork; submit work orders as needed.
• Operate equipment safely following SOPs and GMPs.
• Communicate with team and cross-functional partners; comply with safety policies.
