Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I for 2nd shift in Chaska, MN. You will set up and operate packaging equipment in final manufacturing stages, document work, and help ensure product safety.

Qualifications include a HS diploma and 6 months of semi-automated manufacturing experience; lifting 40 lbs and standing for long periods are required. A four-day schedule offers early career growth and strong benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months experience in the setup and operation of semi-automated manufacturing equipment
• Previous packaging in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to stand for the majority of your shift

Mansioni

• Set up, operate and perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products
• Perform all processes as required to label, print, tray seal, pouch, final package and inspect Lifecore products
• Document completed work during the packaging of the products
• Participate in the review of batch records, procedures, and practices to help ensure the safety of Lifecore products as well as personnel
• Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications
