Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories is seeking a Packaging Operator to run and adjust packaging lines, perform line clearances, and document batch information in PCLe. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, completing changeovers, inspecting products and codes, and maintaining a clean work area while supporting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record information
• Ability to follow SOPs and departmental procedures
• Comfortable with basic math and working with computers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines and equipment within established parameters
• Perform changeovers and line clearances before/after each batch
• Sanitize and inspect equipment and area; ensure safety and quality procedures
• Enter batch/lot information in PCLe accurately and promptly
• Monitor packaging quality and product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, sampling, and quality inspections
