Job summary

Diamond Pet Company seeks a Packaging Operator to proficiently run packing lines, calibrate, changeover, and ensure accurate weight and quality for orders. You will setup equipment, monitor performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain GMP. Overtime is mandatory and safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging/packing lines is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing line machinery to fill shift orders.
• Perform routine adjustments and changeovers for different bag configurations.
• Apply tags, run QC checks, and ensure GMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report hazards.
• Communicate production status to oncoming shift personnel.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and participate in team cleanup.
