Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to support high‑speed production in a fast‑paced plant in Utah. You will set up, run, monitor, and adjust packaging lines, while ensuring safety, quality, and accurate documentation.

You will rotate across stations, provide coverage for breaks, and collaborate with maintenance, QA and production teams to meet schedules. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to perform responsibilities.
• Ability to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Follow food safety procedures, GMPs, and safety rules.
• Team-oriented with ability to rotate positions and cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment.
• Rotate between workstations and provide break relief as needed.
• Monitor performance, maintain efficiency, quality and production output.
• Complete production, quality and operational documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
