About the role

The packaging operator will perform tasks including clean, changeover, setup, operation of packaging equipment, and product/material inspection to meet production and quality standards, adhering to GMPs, SOPs, and standard work documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining supply levels, supporting process improvements, accurate documentation, and assisting in training others.

Role Responsibilities

1. Packaging Operations: Operate packaging equipment, perform measurements, weigh, process, inspect, and monitor product attributes to ensure quality.
2. Equipment Clean, Changeover, and Setup: Perform cleaning, changeovers, and setup of equipment efficiently and according to GMP and standard procedures.
3. Equipment Troubleshooting and Repairs: Make basic adjustments, clear jams, and escalate issues as needed.
4. Autonomous Maintenance and Procedure Development: Support autonomous maintenance and participate in developing and revising procedures.
5. Materials & Supplies: Monitor staging areas, stock materials, and use equipment safely.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of operations, calibrations, and troubleshooting activities.
7. Coaching, Training & Instruction: Escalate issues and maintain training compliance.
