Packing D-1: 3RD Shift $19.69

Who we are looking for:

Atkore, a recent recipient of a Great Place to Work certification, is currently seeking General Labor Packing Operators based in Wayne, MI. This position is on the 3RD Shift, S-Th 11:00PM - 7:00AM. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for packing and assembly operations.

What you'll do:

• Pack product, weigh, and label finished boxes appropriately
• Ensure quality standards are met; notify support for nonconforming parts
• Maintain production standards to meet customer demand
• Meet or exceed hourly rate goals
• Complete Hour-by-Hour boards during shift

What you'll bring:

• Preferred: One year of manufacturing experience
• Basic math and verbal skills
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment and machinery
• Follow standard work processes with a continuous improvement mindset
• Flexibility for shift scheduling, including overtime and weekends
• Demonstrate Atkore Core Values: Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic

Within 3 months, you'll:

• Follow all Life Saving Rules, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PIT safety protocols
• Meet Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics daily
• Support 5S initiatives in your work area
