General Labor Packing Operators (3RD SHIFT)

Job Details

Position: Packing Operator, 3RD Shift

Location: Wayne, MI

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $19.69/hour

Responsibilities

• Pack product, weigh, and label finished boxes appropriately.
• Ensure quality standards are met; notify support for nonconforming parts.
• Maintain production standards to meet customer demand.
• Meet or exceed hourly rate goals.
• Complete Hour-by-Hour boards during shift.

Qualifications

• Preferred: One year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic math and verbal skills.
• Ability to learn equipment operation and maintenance.
• Follow standard work processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.

Additional Expectations
