ManpowerGroup in Princeton, IL is seeking a General Operator to support packaging, material handling, and seed quality in a fast-paced production setting. This is a Monday–Friday first shift role with occasional weekend and extended hours as scheduled, including outdoor work and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours, shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform duties in a timely manner while maintaining seed quality.
• Exceptional attendance and dependability—reliable presence is essential.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written English; ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds, work indoors/outdoors, and walk on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Packaging support including bagging and palletizing, and assisting the Packaging Operator/Team Lead with packaging equipment, machines, and tools you are trained to safely operate/use.
• Operate a forklift for picking, pooling, and staging for a small portion of time during packaging operations (not a full‑time forklift position).
• Assist in tracking material inventory to support smooth production flow.
• Follow work instructions to maintain safety and seed quality standards.
• Perform general production duties as assigned while maintaining a positive, respectful, and dependable work approach.
