Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a General Operator in Princeton, IL to support daily packaging operations. You will assist with bagging, palletizing, operating packaging equipment, and handling materials with care, following safety guidelines.

This role offers an $18.75 per hour wage, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, and referral bonuses. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes attendance, dependability, and teamwork in a friendly manufacturing

Qualifications

• Ability to operate packaging equipment after training.
• Capable of bagging and palletizing duties.
• Strong attention to detail and instruction-following.
• Willingness to assist with inventory tracking and forklift when needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Job Description

As a General Operator, you will support daily packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with bagging, palletizing, and operating packaging equipment, machines, and tools that you are trained to safely use. You may also operate a forklift for picking, pooling, and staging materials during packaging operations. This is not a full-time forklift position and forklift duties will only make up a small portion of your time. You will also assist with tracking material inventory and help keep packaging operations running safely and efficiently.
