Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a General Operator in Princeton, IL to support daily packaging operations. You will assist with bagging, palletizing, operating packaging equipment, and handling materials with care, following safety guidelines.

This role offers an $18.75 per hour wage, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, and referral bonuses. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes attendance, dependability, and teamwork in a friendly manufacturing

Qualifications

• Ability to operate packaging equipment after training.
• Capable of bagging and palletizing duties.
• Strong attention to detail and instruction-following.
• Willingness to assist with inventory tracking and forklift when needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support daily packaging operations.
• Assist with bagging, palletizing, and operating packaging equipment.
• May operate a forklift for picking, pooling, staging materials.
• Track material inventory and keep packaging operations safe and efficient.
