Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is hiring a General Operator in Princeton, IL for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday). The role involves supporting daily packaging operations, bagging, palletizing, and safe operation of packaging equipment. Forklift duties are a small portion of the role; training is provided.

You’ll assist with material inventory tracking and help keep packaging lines safe and efficient, with a great work environment and incentives like weekly pay and health benefits.

Job Description

As a General Operator, you will support daily packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with bagging, palletizing, and operating packaging equipment, machines, and tools that you are trained to safely use. You may also operate a forklift for picking, pooling, and staging materials during packaging operations. This is not a full-time forklift position and forklift duties will only make up a small portion of your time. You will also assist with tracking material inventory and help keep packaging operations running safely and efficiently.
