Job summary

ITW in Troy, Alabama is seeking a hands-on packer to prepare stick electrode packages per customer specifications. You will scan loads into GAP, perform stretch wrap duties, and maintain a clean, safe packaging area. Overtime may be required, and you must be a reliable team player with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and the willingness to cross-train for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to pass reading and math assessments.
• Possess forklift license and be capable of driving one.
• Be safety conscious with a “safety first” attitude.

• Able to lift approx. 50 pounds on a continual basis.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Possess an excellent quality record.
• Possess an excellent attitude and communication skills.
