Job description


Worthington Enterprises is seeking Packaging Operator on 1st Shift. This position is responsible for safely packaging quality parts on a fast-paced line.



Shifts:


1st - Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm

Responsibilities



  • Perform all duties safely

  • Work in a team environment focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards

  • Be flexible to work any shift, including possible rotation

  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures

  • Follow setup and operational procedures for accuracy and quality

  • Operate entry-level equipment and ensure processes meet SOPs

  • Perform tasks on the production line including product transfer, assembly, and inspections

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and tracking

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Assist team members as needed

  • Keep work area clean

  • Complete required paperwork

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Uphold company philosophy and adhere to legal, ethical, and contractual standards
