Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Packaging Operator in Monument, CO to join a premier manufacturing client. The role involves assembling systems with torque drivers, testing components, pulling materials, and preparing products for shipping.

You will maintain a clean, safe 5S workspace, perform inventory, and follow security policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 months of related experience, and be able to obtain required certifications while thriving in a team environment.

  • Manually assembling systems using torque drivers and hardware to meet production volume
  • Functionally testing completed systems according to established work processes
  • Pulling necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations
  • Packaging finish product for shipping purposes
  • Conducting physical inventory in designated areas
  • Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness throughout the work area
  • Adhering to all safety rules and using required protective equipment
  • Complying with all company security policies and procedures

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17/hr

Shift: 5:15am-1:45pm, M-F (1st shift)
