Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer, Packaging Equipment to drive packaging systems design, qualification, and optimization at our Fort Washington site.

This role ensures equipment readiness, aligns with site needs, and delivers reliable packaging performance across programs. The position requires 6+ years in engineering, a BS in engineering, and bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; chemical, mechanical, electrical or related fields accepted.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in engineering, packaging, or operations in pharma/consumer products.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute equipment projects with life cycle management and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of equipment, automation, and packaging engineers.
• Develop and execute equipment strategies to improve OEE and reduce waste.
• Provide technical direction and troubleshoot packaging equipment and processes.
• Prepare and approve QA documentation for equipment systems qualifications and validations.
• Ensure training completion for team and maintain compliance with cGMP practices.
