Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and assignment of work to meet operational needs.
• Lead department meetings and monitor labor and expenses against budget.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment; enforce SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members; handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee hiring processes for direct reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
