Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations, engineering or related field with 4 years of progressive production/plant supervision or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance and project management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety/compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations and guide supervisors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop metrics to track packaging and equipment performance.
• Manage inventory and assign work across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish standard operating procedures.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Lead hiring and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback to team members.
