Job summary

High5 seeks experienced production and manufacturing leaders to support current and future Production Supervisor opportunities across our manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will lead frontline teams, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives, and ensure efficient execution of manufacturing activities in a regulated production environment.

Available opportunities may be on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00

Qualifications

Associates degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 4+ years in Operations/Manufacturing/Packaging.
Excellent English written and verbal communication required.
Strong math ability (basic to intermediate).
Analytical and technical writing skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Supervise production teams to meet goals on high speed packaging lines and platforms.
Establish personnel schedules; identify risks and challenges in production flow.
Compile and report production metrics.
Train staff on safety and quality policies; ensure compliance with all procedures.
Lead change initiatives to improve business cost and customer satisfaction.
Assess work processes to ensure standards compliance and safety.
Coordinate between hourly colleagues and site leadership; adhere to union agreements.
Recommend changes to operations to drive continuous improvements.
Partner with Business Unit Manager to optimize material, machine, and labor use.
Oversee shift performance, productivity, uptime, and efficiency against targets.
