Job summary

Fagron Canton, MA is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee the visual inspection and packaging unit, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP while maintaining cleanrooms and validated equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include staffing, leading daily operations, and coordinating projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail to uphold quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a regulated environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Good working knowledge of all functional areas of the inspection and packaging area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower resources to meet daily production needs.
• Approve electronic time keeping records.
• Lead the daily inspection and packaging operation.
• Assign production technicians to tasks outside the packaging area and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate special projects on the assigned shift.
• Convey directives from management to production staff on shift.
• Monitor workflow and participate in change development and batch record review.
