Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Pkg. Section Head in Fall River, MA to oversee packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will manage production planning, material availability, and cross‑shift communication to meet quality targets.

This role requires strong leadership, experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the ability to optimize process yields while ensuring safety and compliance. General work hours and reporting to Pkg. Department Head are defined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in formulation manufacturing with understanding of manufacturing procedures, cGMP and related documentation.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control planned production to meet packaging targets and quality standards.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out as per standards to realise optimum utilisation of manufacturing consumables.
• Prepare, review and update GMP documents to meet regulatory compliance and quality of product.
