Job summary

Fagron is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to ensure the inspection and packaging unit runs according to SOPs and GMP standards. The role oversees staff, scheduling, and performance while maintaining cleanrooms and validated equipment and processes.

You will lead daily operations, allocate resources, and drive improvements in packaging workflows to meet production goals and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a regulated production environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with timekeeping and personnel scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inspection and packaging operations to ensure SOP compliance.
• Allocate manpower to meet production needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Approve electronic timekeeping records and monitor attendance.
• Coordinate special projects and communicate directives from management.
• Identify process improvements in packaging/inspection workflows.
