Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to ensure the visual inspection and packaging unit operates according to SOPs and that cleanrooms remain under microbiological control.

You will validate equipment, facilities and staff, oversee leave scheduling, daily assignments and performance, and act as project leader for special production initiatives. This role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance and continuous process improvements within a dynamic, open environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated environment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role (Shift Leader, Group Leader, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work professionally with others.
• Attention to detail and accountability for quality.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower to meet daily production needs (scheduled and unscheduled).
• Approve electronic timekeeping records.
• Lead the daily inspection and packaging operation.
• Assign technicians to tasks beyond the packaging room; identify process improvements.
• Coordinate special projects on the shift.
• Communicate directives from management to production staff.
• Monitor workflow and participate in process changes and QA/batch record adherence.
• Act as project leader for special production initiatives.
