Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking an Area Lead for the second shift in Huntington Beach, CA. You will lead a team operating injection molding and packaging lines, directing daily activities to meet schedule deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will review performance, communicate targets, and maintain equipment readiness. The role requires strong English communication, ERP experience, and leadership with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience.
• Experience with Prism, Intermec, and/or AS400 ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned group of employees with clear work assignments.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on the line.
• Provide feedback on action plans and results to the team.
• Review previous day's results and set goals for the day.
• Coordinate with forklift, warehouse and material handlers for supplies.
