Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise packaging line operations and related equipment.
• Report safety, quality, and production metrics to management.
• Schedule labor and machines; provide timely performance feedback.
• Drive team KPIs and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Coordinate with forklift, warehouse, and materials teams to ensure on-time delivery.
