Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking an Area Lead for the second shift to oversee the packaging line and injection molding operations. You will direct a team, monitor safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with warehouse and maintenance to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Strong ERP and MS Office familiarity, plus overtime flexibility, are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with ERP systems and basic MS Word/Excel handling

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of employees on the packaging line and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets
• Review daily schedules and plan to meet deadlines
• Provide clear assignment of work and feedback to the team
• Coordinate with forklift, warehouse, and material handlers for timely supplies
• Maintain housekeeping and PPE compliance and report safety issues
• Train injection personnel per guidelines and monitor KPIs
