Job summary

Cambro is seeking an Area Supervisor for the Huntington Beach, CA facility to lead the injection molding line, packaging process, and related operations on First Shift. You will manage daily scheduling, supervise staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED with several years of related experience, plus familiarity with Prism/Intermec/AS400 ERP systems and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with 3+ years related experience or training.
• Demonstrates leadership experience and ability to back up the Shift Manager.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (Prism/Intermec/AS400) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise injection molding, packaging, and related processes.
• Review daily schedule and plan to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Provide and document performance feedback and appraisals.
• Coordinate with forklift, warehouse, and material handlers for timely supplies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company policies and standards.
