Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Packaging Mechanic II to maintain and repair packaging machinery on the production floor. You will lead TPM efforts, interpret schematics, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across lines.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience, an associate degree or equivalent training, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military training preferred.
• 5–8 years in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 2 years of service at L'Oreal.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment on assignment.
• Maintain and improve packaging equipment; implement TPM.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams; document status.
• Communicate status of equipment and plans with supervisors and shifts, including handoffs.
