Qualifications

• Associate degree or military experience or certificates as training.
• 5–8 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 2 years of service at L’Oréal.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Understand advanced electricity and motor controls.
• One core area of advanced skill (e.g., programming, machining, welding, electrician).
• Maintain machine safety standards and use hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical equipment as assigned.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Use troubleshooting tools (Root Cause Analysis).
• Repair equipment with modifications, parts replacement, or setting adjustments.
• Plan material requirements and requisition placement.
• Maintain all mechanical equipment and implement improvements.
• Document equipment status and action plans with shifts and teams.
• Maintain machine standards and safety, quality, and design practices.
