The role may involve overtime and occasional weekend work, with responsibilities including setup, quality checks, changeovers, and safety compliance. Strong teamwork and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high end industrial machinery.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive work.
• Basic math, computer and hand tool skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Able to work in varying temperatures, noise and humidity.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stand-up pouch machinery to meet production and quality standards.
• Set up machines according to job specs and maintain proper running speeds.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production reports.
• Perform machine changeovers, preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Monitor materials for defects and report concerns to supervisor.
• Follow safety, quality and food safety regulations.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment; train new team members as needed.
