Our Home is seeking a Packing Machine Operator (Vertical and Pouch Machines) to support production and ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with responsibilities including operating packaging equipment, adjusting settings, and collaborating with the packaging team to prevent waste and maintain efficiency.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical and pouch packing machines to meet production goals.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot bagging machines and scales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist packaging team during breaks and shifts and train new operators.
• Report any food safety, quality, or equipment issues to supervision for action.
