Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Roll Attendant to set up and operate assigned packaging machines to pre-established specifications. You will ensure high-quality packaging while following safety rules and GMP/SOP guidelines.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in a loud production environment, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Shifts include A/B/D schedules with potential overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• The position requires a High School degree or GED (desired).
• Basic math and good English reading/writing skills.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Ability to safely operate packaging machinery and keep pace with line speed.
• Ability to lift repetitively and work in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machines to pre-established specifications.
• Ensure machines run in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols (cGMP, SOPs).
• Troubleshoot equipment and clear jams as needed.
• Oversee machine operation and adjust for improved output.
• Move liquid totes with a hand jack and verify daily machine functionality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to GLP/GMP standards.
