Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a dedicated Operator I, Machine to operate and monitor automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will perform cleaning, line clearances, label verification, and document production activities with attention to detail.

You will communicate equipment or quality issues, support teammates, and help maintain a clean, organized production area. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of automated assembly or packaging equipment.
• Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
• Experience with ActionPac automation machines is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and label verification.
• Communicate issues involving equipment operation, quality evaluation, inspection, or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with and monitor the performance of other operators as needed.
