Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and ability to read/write in English.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage machines to pre-established specs.
• Ensure machines operate per company guidelines.
• Oversee machines and adjust for improved results.
• Provide direction to line members for smooth operation.
• Complete Packaging Filling Records accurately.
• Visually inspect labels for defects and run samples.
• Record machine actions in production logs.
• Produce high quality finished goods at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Escalate quality, service, and equipment issues to supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
