This role requires attention to quality, teamwork, and the ability to work varying shifts including overtime. You will collaborate with Packers, Maintenance and QA to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant packaging operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to safely operate packaging and production equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setups and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Willingness to work varying schedules and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor snack packaging machinery to support continuous production.
• Review production schedules and plan equipment and material needs.
• Monitor packaging codes, dates, and pricing information for accuracy.
• Maintain supplies of roll stock and packaging materials.
• Perform machine setups, startups, shutdowns, sanitation, and changeovers.
• Plan and execute efficient changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Lead and support the packaging line as needed.
