Job summary

Inw Group in Benicia, CA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator I for the swing shift to set up, run, and troubleshoot packaging lines for powders. You will adjust line speed and fill rates, coordinate with maintenance, and document production with GMP schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English literacy required.
• Basic math skills and numeracy.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to specifications for product runs.
• Adjust line speed and fill rates.
• Coordinate line changeovers with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe operation and continuous running of packaging equipment.
• Complete production paperwork and GMP sign-offs.
• Report downtime and losses and support process improvements.
