Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating Hayssen VFFS packaging equipment.
• Familiar with film feed, tracking, sensing, and bag length control.
• Ability to change packaging formats and verify first-article quality.
• Diagnose faults (film break, seal defects, misregistrations) and escalate as needed.
• Proficient with HMI/touchscreen controls to start/stop equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; use tools for adjustments per safety policy.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules as production needs require.
