Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Packaging team in Fall River, MA. The role involves producing and packaging prerolls, with potential cross-training on additional packaging automation equipment.

You will perform setup, operation, troubleshooting, and documentation in line with Cresco Labs’ standards, while supporting inventory and quality controls. The position requires experience with machinery, strong task management, and the ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Experience in a field with strict health and safety policies, preferably a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
• Strong task-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Experience operating machinery is a plus.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary.
• Ability to read, understand and apply learnings to PLC displays, machinery dials, measurement devices and working parts of large-scale machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and ensure correct setup, safe operation, and sanitary cleanup.
• Monitor process flow and adjust parameters to meet specifications and efficiency requirements.
• Maintain quality by checking products and addressing discrepancies.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning of production equipment and workspace.
• Complete production documentation and manage consumables inventory.
