Job summary

Cresco Labs in Fall River, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Packaging team. You will support production of preroll SKUs, operate and troubleshoot packaging machines, and help maintain inventory and sanitation.

The role requires safety awareness, the ability to stand all shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to cross-train on other packaging equipment as demand dictates. Monday–Friday schedule with 7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field with strict health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and follow strict policies and procedures.
• Experience operating machinery is a plus.
• Stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read PLC displays and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean packaging machinery and ensure sanitary conditions.
• Understand process flow and machine parameters to meet specifications and efficiency.
• Maintain quality by monitoring output and adjusting within specifications.
• Remove defective product and rework as needed.
• Document output and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
